I. The Stonemen

The Stonemen were the first inhabitants of ancient Britain. These people came before the Gaels. We know only a little bit about them. On Salisbury Plain, the Stonemen left ruins that show their way of life and culture. They built a ring of temple stones that is called the Stonehenge.
