| About Me
Hello! My name is Stanley. I live in a log cabin on a farm. We have running water and a wood stove. We have received about six feet of precipitation (snow) this winter and we have had a lot of fun playing in it. My favorite meal is homemade hamburgers and French fries. Sometimes we have salmon for lunch (yum). My family grows strawberries in our backyard that get pretty big. Every once in a while we see a moose wandering through the hayfield or a snowshoe hare running around the trees in our yard. Other than that, and a few squirrels and birds, there aren’t many animals besides our three dogs. In the summer it can get up to 90° above zero. There are a lot of spruce trees around and we use them for fire wood. We even have a sawmill. We also have a barn with cows and pigs.
You should see the flowers up here, they’re gorgeous! There are lupines and fireweed growing wild and we have a big greenhouse with tons of flowers. We also grow tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables.
Our farm is in a valley and we are surrounded by mountains. Most of the mountains are volcanoes and we have some igneous rock lying around from previous eruptions before the farm existed. The valley we live in now was carved out by glaciers.
I like playing ping-pong and foos ball. My dream is to play the trumpet some day.
